Today we have practised counting in 2’s, 5’s and 10’s to prepare us for multiplication! We have been practising asking the questions ‘how many groups are there?’ And ‘how many are in each group?’. We were then able to write sentences such as ‘There are 4 lots of 5’. Well done year one!

We love doing drama!

Yesterday, we learnt about jobs from the 11th century. The children were great at working in groups to act out the different jobs and then they produced some amazing descriptions!
